The 2025 Polleys Coaches Gympie Matser's Tennis Tournament will be held Queens Park Tennis Centre and Reg English Tennis Centre from Friday 14 to Sunday 16 March. Entries are now open and will close on 11th March.

Australian Tennis Seniors with a Competitive Player Profile may enter the 2025 Roland Garros and Wimbledon ticket ballots. The ballot is being run through Ticketmaster. You MUST ENTER the respective ballot to be eligible to receive tickets for that event. There is a $5 non-refundable transaction fee charged per ticket per session entered for each ballot ($10 per pair of tickets). You will only be charged the full amount for the tickets if you are successful in the ballot. Important dates you need to remember are as follows:

• Ballot closes - Wednesday 19 March at 11:59pm (AEDT)
• Successful ballot entrants advised from Monday 24 March

The 2025 TSQ Claycourt Championships will be held at the George Alder Tennis Centre at 9 Ernest Street, Leichhardt in Ipswich from Saturday 5 to Tuesday 8 April, 2025.

Queenslander Kerryn Cyprien has topped off a fantastic year by winning the Tennis Seniors Australia player of the year award for 2024. In 2024, Kerryn won 5 ITF singles titles, a world ladies doubles title with her dear friend Jill Meggs and a mixed title with Erik Dijkman Dulkes from the Netherlands

It was another fantastic effort by Queensland teams to help us win the Teams Trophy in the 2025 Australian Teams Carnival played in Adelaide. Given that Queensland had 10 of its 16 representative teams contesting finals on the Friday, the end result announced at the presentation dinner was very welcome, but not such a surprise.

Congratulations to Chinchilla’s Brad Hubbard who has been awarded the Tennis Seniors Queensland Senior of the Year for 2024. Brad was chosen for this award at the TSQ AGM in early December. Brad is a tireless worker for his Chinchilla club, from Tournament Director to Maintenance Man and anything that needs to be done. Well done Brad a most deserved award.
